Virendra Chhikara reinvented himself in Northeast Louisiana.  As a chemist in his native country of India, Virendra, nicknamed V.C., came to the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) to study business.  Today, V.C. heads up the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at ULM. He was recently named “Top 20 under 40” by the Monroe business community.  Read his story and other stories of young professionals making their mark in Northeast Louisiana.>>>
